As there are so many ways to say "Welcome" in this world, there are so many people from all different backgrounds seeking help to become more effective parents, teachers, caretakers of children, and work team players.

Our goal: Kind and Firm Parenting empowers you towards more effective interactions with children and relationship-building with adults. 

How: We provide services that use the Positive Discipline philosophy to help parents/caretakers grow respectful children and teachers/other school staff to grow respectful students. 

Parenting and teaching isn't easy. What most parents and teachers say they want is to have respectful families and respectful classrooms and struggle to do so. We're here to help by showing you concepts, tools, and techniques that will help you to reduce the frustrations and experience more of the joys of parenting and teaching.

What Else: We provide support to companies that want to make these services available to their employees with children in their lives. Also, Positive Discipline concepts can be used, for adult-to-adult communication, such as team-building in companies.
